Rich Bitch Bootcamp Terms & Conditions

 

These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase of and participation in Rich Bitch Bootcamp (“the Course”).

The Course is provided by The Audacity Club, trading as Allana Ford Business Coaching, ABN 33 697 589 432, of 56 Moira St, Adamstown, New South Wales, Australia (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By purchasing the Course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. COURSE ACCESS

Your purchase provides you with access to Rich Bitch Bootcamp for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

The Course includes 28 self-paced video lessons, the Rich Bitch Bootcamp workbook and any other resources or materials specifically stated as being included at the time of purchase.

Course access is for the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.

You are responsible for ensuring you complete or download any permitted Course materials within your 12-month access period.

2. PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of Rich Bitch Bootcamp is USD $2,222, unless another price, promotion or payment arrangement is expressly offered at the time of purchase.

You agree to pay the amount displayed at checkout and any applicable taxes or charges disclosed before purchase.

If a payment plan is offered and selected, you remain responsible for completing all payments in accordance with the payment schedule agreed to at checkout.

3. REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of the Course and the immediate access provided to Course materials, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Please consider whether the Course is right for you before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot legally be excluded.

Where you are legally entitled to a refund or other remedy, those rights will apply.

4. NO GUARANTEES

Rich Bitch Bootcamp is designed to provide education, tools, frameworks and guidance relating to business, sales, marketing, systems, operations and growth.

We do not guarantee any particular financial, business or personal result from participating in the Course.

Your results will depend on many factors, including your business, market, experience, decisions, implementation, effort and circumstances.

Examples, stories, revenue figures, business results or experiences shared by Allana Ford or other participants are provided for educational or illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

5. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

The information provided through Rich Bitch Bootcamp is general educational information.

It is not legal, accounting, taxation, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice for your individual circumstances before making decisions where necessary.

6. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You remain responsible for all decisions you make in relation to your business.

Participation in the Course does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, fiduciary or professional adviser relationship between you and us.

You are responsible for assessing whether any strategy, recommendation, decision or action discussed in the Course is appropriate for your particular business and circumstances.

You are encouraged to conduct your own due diligence and obtain professional advice where appropriate.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Course content and materials remain the intellectual property of The Audacity Club, Allana Ford Business Coaching and/or their respective licensors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  •  videos
  •  audio
  •  written lessons
  •  workbooks
  •  worksheets
  •  frameworks
  •  exercises
  •  templates
  •  graphics
  •  downloads
  •  course structure and supporting materials.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Course for your own personal and business education.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, licence, publish, upload, teach, adapt or commercially exploit Course materials without prior written permission.

You must not use Course materials to create or deliver a competing course, program, membership, training product or other educational product.

8. ACCOUNT ACCESS

Your Course access is for one individual purchaser only.

You must not share your login details, Course access or Course materials with another person, team member, employee, business partner or third party unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

If we reasonably believe an account is being shared or Course materials are being used in breach of these Terms, we may suspend access while we investigate.

Where a material breach has occurred, we may terminate access to the Course.

9. TECHNOLOGY AND COURSE AVAILABILITY

The Course is currently delivered through Kajabi and may rely on other third-party platforms or services.

While we will take reasonable steps to keep the Course available during your access period, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, internet outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where reasonably necessary, we may change the platform or method through which the Course is delivered provided this does not materially reduce the Course you purchased.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Course may refer to third-party products, platforms, websites, professionals or services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these third parties are independent of us.

You are responsible for deciding whether any third-party product or service is appropriate for you and for reviewing that provider's own terms, privacy policies, pricing and conditions.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, performance or availability of independent third parties.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for loss arising from business decisions, commercial outcomes or actions you choose to take based on the educational information provided through the Course, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees, remedies or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Where our liability can lawfully be limited, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.

12. PRIVACY

We collect and handle personal information in connection with your purchase and participation in the Course.

Your information may be used to process your purchase, provide access to the Course, communicate with you about the Course and operate our business.

Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

13. COMMUNICATIONS

By purchasing the Course, you agree to receive communications reasonably necessary to provide and administer the Course, including purchase confirmations, access information, Course updates and service-related messages.

Any marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law, and you may unsubscribe from optional marketing communications at any time.

14. CHANGES TO THE COURSE

We may occasionally update, improve or modify Course content, resources or delivery where reasonably necessary.

Any changes will not materially reduce the Course you purchased during your access period.

We may also correct errors, replace outdated information or make reasonable changes to improve the Course experience.

15. BREACH OF THESE TERMS

We may suspend or terminate Course access where you materially breach these Terms, including by:

  •  sharing Course access with unauthorised users
  •  reproducing or distributing Course materials without permission
  •  using Course intellectual property commercially without authorisation
  •  engaging in unlawful conduct in connection with the Course.

Where appropriate, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of the issue before terminating access.

Termination for a material breach does not automatically entitle you to a refund, subject always to any rights you may have under applicable law.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

You and we submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be read down or removed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the information presented on the Course sales and checkout pages at the time of purchase, form the agreement between you and us regarding your purchase of Rich Bitch Bootcamp.
