The beginning was not exactly glamorous
From a knee injury to a nine-location franchise.
I started my first business while raising young children and navigating a marriage breakdown. Then a knee injury introduced me to reformer Pilates, which became one studio, then a multi-million-dollar franchise with nine franchised locations.
Along the way, I created a teacher-training company designed to work without me standing in the room. That bit matters. A business that needs you for every sale, every answer and every decision can look successful from the outside, but it can
be exhausting to live inside.

I believe you can be ambitious, funny, highly capable, a little woo-woo and

I believe sales is a skill you can learn, not a mysterious gift handed out to naturally extroverted women in blazers. I believe good systems give you choices. And I believe your business should support the life you want, not quietly eat it alive.
